An easy way to add more veg to family meals

Around 90% of children and adults in the UK don't get enough vegetables or fibre, and the two problems are connected, since vegetables are one of the easiest ways to boost fibre intake naturally. More fruit and veg supports immunity, gut health, bones, and overall organ health, with variety mattering just as much as quantity.

The trouble is, knowing this doesn't make it easy - especially with fussy eaters. In our house, fruit vanishes within a day, vegetables, not so much.

That's exactly why we created Plant Popins: handmade, frozen vegetable blend portions, ready to stir straight into the sauces, curries, soups, and smoothies your family already loves. Or try our ready to eat veg packed sauces and flapjacks. No chopping, no fuss, no battles at the table, just an easy way to sneak extra vegetables into meals, one portion at a time.
