I created Plant Popins because I know how hard it can be to get a healthy, homemade meal on the table — especially when time is tight and the kids aren’t thrilled about vegetables.
Between school runs, work, and family chaos, even thinking about dinner can feel like the final straw. I’ve often been stuck between the meal I’d love to make and the one I actually have time (and ingredients) for. Add fussy eaters, and it’s no wonder mealtimes can swing from joy to meltdown.
That’s why I started Plant Popins — creating blended veg portions, ready-made sauces, and portion-controlled sweet treats with added goodness. No chopping, blending, or bargaining required. It’s an easy way to boost veg intake, cut stress, and bring a little more calm to mealtimes.
